Here are a few concerts happening this week that you don't want to miss.

Cocorosie - Tuesday

With their new album "Heartache City" out and a small tour to support it, sister-duo Cocorosie will bring their unique blend of folk, experimental and hip-hop to Belly Up.

Future Islands - Tuesday and Wednesday

Baltimore-based synthpop band Future Islands will provide two nights of upbeat tunes to dance to at Observatory North Park. The three-piece pop stars gained most of their success from their third studio album "Singles." The album's lead single, "Seasons (Waiting on You)," was performed on "The Late Show with David Letterman," which became an internet success and gathered over a million views.

Foo Fighters - Thursday

After performing a private Belly Up show, the boys of alternative rock, Foo Fighters, will return to San Diego to perform their fan-favorite tunes at Sleep Train Amphitheatre. The Grammy Award-winning rockers are on tour in support of their eighth studio album, "Sonic Highways."

Three Chamber Heart - Thursday

Ramona-based three-piece rock band Three Chamber Heart will open up with a night of powerful tunes at Brick by Brick.

The Coathangers - Friday

Atlanta-based all-female alternative rock band The Coathangers will rattle the hinges at the Casbah. The Coathangers are known for their sarcastic lyrics, gaining attention from their fourth studio album, "Suck My Shirt."

Adams Avenue Street Fair - Saturday and Sunday

110 musical acts will perform on eight stages during the 34th Annual Adams Avenue Street Fair. Headlining artists includes The Rugburns, The Wailing Souls, “The Stray Cat” Lee Rocker, Kid Ramos & the 44’s, HoneyHoney, Stranger, Steve Poltz and the Creepy Creeps. This two-day free event includes beer gardens, carnival rides, food and art booths.

San Diego Blues Fest - Saturday and Sunday

The San Diego Blues Festival returns to the Embarcadero Marina Park North for two days of soul-soothing blues music. This festival will include two stages and 18 musical performances featuring James Cotton, Booker T Jones, Marcia Ball, Lil’ Ed & the Blues Imperials and many others.

All proceeds benefit the Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank.

Just in Case - Saturday
