For all the mescal lovers, Puesto is launching a mescal infusion collaboration and cocktail exchange with Madison on Park, The Patio on Goldfinch and Kettner Exchange. Each restaurant has created a special infusion using La Niña del Mezcal. Puesto will host a launch party on March 30 at 6 p.m. The Puesto SD Mescal Trade will include a mescal flight featuring 1 oz. pours of all four infusions for $15.

Steven Tuttle of Kettner Exchange has created a toasted coconut and pineapple-infused mescal Chris Simmons of The Patio on Goldfinch has created a candied golden beet and chamomile-infused mescal. Lucien Conner of Puesto has created a corn and cumin-infused mescal and Danny Kuehner of Madison on Park has created a fat-washed cocoa butter-infused mescal.

Starting April 1st each restaurant will create a cocktail using one of the other restaurants mescal infusions and serve it for as long as supplies last.

Madison's Cocoa Butter Washed Mezcal will go to Puesto. Kettner Exchange's toasted coconut and pineapple will go to Patio. Patio's candied golden beet & chamomile will to go Madison. Puesto's corn and cumin will go to Kettner.

Mescal connoisseurs will need to check out the restaurants to sample the cocktails and partake in this fun and innovation spin on the mezcal movement.
