Finest Made's mission is to elevate and enhance both the culinary and craft beer worlds, Finest Made brewer Rey Knight has been partnering with various chefs throughout San Diego each month to host deliciously inventive and interesting beer pairing dinners. Recently, Rey closely collaborated with The SafeHouse executive chef, Adrian Ishmael, to create an delicious four-course menu, each dish paired with a different Finest Made brew.
