If you’re looking for a tasty and colorful culturally-fueled festivity, here’s a great option that celebrates Peru’s most famed festival of wine and spirits! Executive Chef/Partner Emmanuel Piqueras (Peru’s official culinary ambassador to the U.S.) will host a Fiesta de la Vendimia which means 'grape harvest festival’ at Pisco Rotisserie & Cevicheria in Point Loma and Carlsbad this week, with a three-course Peruvian dinner on March 14th and 15th.

Since February is grape harvest time across Peru and South America, locals and tourists celebrate the fruits of harvesting efforts with fairs, music, drinks, food and more. Get a taste of the Peruvian tradition at this educational event, which features three courses of special dishes expertly paired with unique South American wines and Peru’s finest pisco varietals. Chef will introduce each paired course and a representative from BarSol Pisco will share about the process of making Peru’s beloved grape-based spirit. Look forward to quinoa-encrusted seared Atlantic salmon with an aji Amarillo and onion marmalade, a special BarSol Pisco infused with vanilla bean, orange zest and more.
