Liberty Public Market is saying hello to five new artisan and chef-driven concepts. Three of the new spots setting up shop inside the food hall are Frat Boy Donuts, Landini’s Pizzeria and Minocqua Gourmet Popcorn. Another will be a barbecue smokehouse venture launched by Chef Hanis Cavin of Carnitas Snack Shack fame and Chef Eric Gallerstein of Mastiff Sausage.
Last but certainly not least, Chef/Owner Junya Watanabe (RakiRaki Ramen, Pokirrito) is putting together a spot that will bring a fusion of Korean and Mexican flavors! Frat Boys Donuts and Minocqua Gourmet Popcorn are set to open in June. The others will open its doors sometime in the summer.
Liberty Public Market is located inside Liberty Station in Point Loma. It first opened its doors in March 2016.
