The Smoking Gun
Follow the “second star to the right and straight on till morning” to find The Smoking Gun’s Haunted Never-Never Land Halloween celebration, on Saturday October 27th. Special themed food and drinks will be available throughout the night, all of which will be based off a creepy version of Peter Pan’s Never-Never Land Island. Dance to the beats of a live DJ and don’t forget to wear your costume for this Gaslamp District party!

To get the celebration started early, check out Mavericks’ Paw-loween Party on October 29th! From 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. bring your pups for extended Yappy Hour specials, a doggy Halloween costume contest, $1 burgers and prizes compliments of PetSmart! Mavericks will also be setting up an off-leash Dog Park for the event, and both pooches and humans are encouraged to come dressed up for this PAWsome event.

Park 101
Looking for somewhere that both kids and adults will be entertained this Halloween? Search no further than Carlsbad’s Park 101, who will be showing Halloween movies including the kid-friendly Casper at 6:00 p.m. and Beetlejuice directly after. All week long, those 21 and older can enjoy Park’s harvest cocktails, such as the October Sky. Made with vodka, whiskey, apple cider, cinnamon and lemon, this cocktail truly tastes like autumn in a cup!

Fish Shop Point Loma
Fish Shop Point Loma will be hosting a ‘Keep the Pint’ Night on Halloween evening, beginning at 5:00 p.m.! New English Brewing Co, a local San Diego brewery, will be featuring their Bloody Orange IPA, a perfect blend of hoppy and sweet for $7.50. Fish Shop Point Loma will also be offering Spicy Chorizo Steamers made with mussels, white wine, tomatoes and herbs with a spicy chorizo to kick it up a notch, accompanied by an herb pesto toast for dipping into the delicious broth. Kids can look forward to picking out some candy, so it’s the perfect affair for the whole family!

Head to the Gaslamp District to relive your favorite childhood stories…except with a different ending. Will Little Red Riding Hood escape the wolf? Tajima
Creep into any of Tajima’s San Diego locations between October 27th and 31st to taste their Spooktacular Ramen! Made with black noodles, original vegetable-soy based broth, an Impossible Meat Patty (vegan with the aroma and taste of beef), baby spinach, arugula, cherry tomatoes and kabocha squash, this devilish dish is delicious. Locals and visitors will be in high spirits when they stop into this Mission Beach island-inspired eatery and bar during the week of Halloween. Creepy, themed cocktails such as The Thing, a shareable punch served in an iron cauldron with dry ice and a disembodied hand, will be available all week long.
