I'm in celebration mode because I've hit a milestone producing my 100th edition of Behind the Stick. Yup, that's right, ONE HUNDRED! The last few years has been amazing. I'm very honored that I was able to feature over 100+ bartenders, restaurants/bars and cocktails.

To celebrate, I took a visit to Cantina Mayahuel and hung out with Randyman. He made me a mezcal Paloma while chatting about the evolution of the San Diego craft cocktail scene.
