Steps:
Click on a computer
Go into MCCC Settings
Gameplay Settings
Maximum Household Size
Adding Sim to Family using MCCC:
Click on the sim
MC Command Center
Sims Commands
Maintain Sim
Move Sim…
Options: active household, into other household or into a new household

Warning:
You will not be able to go into Create A Sim once you add more than 8 sims to a household. Sometimes you’ll end up losing sims. The best way to “edit a sim” in CAS is to do it through MC Command Center.

Click on the sim
MC Command Center
Go to Sim Commands
Modify in CAS
