I decided to go TWO weeks with no added sugar. To make things harder, I was also covid positive for half of it. Here's my journey with no added sugar for 14 days! I must admit that it had its ups and downs and I explained all of that in this video as well. There were way more pros than cons and I'm definitely considering going a couple more weeks with no added sugar in my diet. I feel great!!!! I think having covid-19 had little or no impact on my results but I think it might have distracted me from the first few days of what could have been "sugar withdrawals.
