In case you're looking for tasty cocktails for the holidays, this cocktail is for you, especially if you're a bourbon lover. This libation is made in collaboration with with Employees Only and Maui’s iconic and the recently renovated Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort. Employees Only wanted to pay homage to the The resort’s eponymous Botero statue – The Smoking Lady – who oversees Grand Wailea’s stunning Botero Lounge.

This flavorful libation is a Hawaiian riff on the classic Black Manhattan, featuring a robust yet delicate intermingling of ingredients. Coconut fat-wash imparts a layer of decadence unto Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon, artfully balanced with Hibiscus Cordial and Kupu Spirits Island Amaro. A cloud of aromatic clove smoke envelopes the stunning cocktail when served – adding flair to any holiday gathering for home mixologists everywhere.
